William Yarian, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, CEO
With more than 25 years of experience with business services companies focused on real estate, William Yarian founded Infinity Property Services in 2005 with a desire to transform the industry of community management with forward thinking services and a level of personal attention that creates an exceptional experience for everyone they work with. William is involved with the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of the Community Associations Institute, is a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), is a licensed California Broker, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Information Technology. One of William’s favorite activities as a leading homeowner association management professional is meeting new people, learning more about their lives, and being a part of finding the solutions that make their lives better.
Aileen Yarian, Vice President, CFO
As Cofounder and CFO of Infinity Property Services, Aileen brings to the table extensive experience in financial management, accounting, and management in real estate organizations. Holding both a California real estate license and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, Aileen works closely with everyone from board members to key personnel for projects such as preparing financial projections, budgets, and performing various financial analysis to keep everything running smoothly. As a key member of the Infinity team, she enjoys the opportunity to combine her love of numbers and understanding of how community associations operate to give board members and residents the peace of mind that their financial needs are in good hands.
Ani Keshishian, CMCA, AMS Director of Community Management
Previous to joining Infinity Property Services, Ani held key positions of responsibility within other property management companies and was responsible for a range of small to large properties in Southern California. She is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and holds a California real estate license and a Bachelor of Science degree. Ani works with everyone from homeowners to board members, often meeting in person and onsite to give them the attention they deserve and the quick action needed for satisfactory solutions. One of her favorite things about working with Infinity is the opportunity she often has to meet people face to face after working with them online or on the phone, creating relationships that strengthen communities and enrich residents’ lives.
Chris Rainey, CMCA, Certified Community Manager
Chris oversees a portfolio of homeowner associations and helps keep their systems running smoothly with a high level of customer service. Chris is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), and a graduate of the Human Resource Management Certificate Program from University of California, Irvine. As a native of Santa Clarita, Chris enjoys the opportunity working with Infinity gives him to interact with and be a positive influence in the area he grew up. From board meetings to property inspections to working with association members one on one, Chris excels in finding simple solutions and taking quick action to create a stress free environment and confidence that they are his highest priority.
